Our Basic - Unmanaged Hosting package is ideal for those who know enough about hosting a website to take care of day-to-day tasks themselves. You will have full access to your hosting account to do such tasks as create email accounts, manage databases, manage DNS, create FTP users and much more.

We still take care of the servers, and you take care of your account. If you need support, we are more than happy to help. However, if it's not a server related issue, you will be billed our service charge of $25, plus applicable additional hourly

With our Managed Hosting package, you will receive:

• 500 MB of diskspace
• 10 GB of monthly traffic
• Unlimited email accounts
• Web-based email
• Control Panel to fully control your account
  
• POP 3 email access (for Outlook, etc.)
  
• Site stats to monitor your site's visitors
• Server support. We manage the servers and network.
  
• Additional fees apply for non-server related support. An example would be if you needed help setting up Outlook.
• FAQs on how to do many client side tasks, such as setting up Outlook accounts.
